Dr Roberto Viel
After obtaining his degree in Medicine from the University of Milan, Italy, Dr. Roberto Viel completed his studies in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in Utrecht, The Netherlands. A practicing plastic surgeon on Harley Street since 1990, he opened his first UAE-based practice, located in Dubai Health Care City, in 2008.
With global recognition as one of the most renowned plastic surgeons and beauty specialists, Dr. Roberto frequently speaks at international aesthetic congresses and is a co-author of the highly sought-after book, ‘The Viel’s Beauty Bible’, which quickly sold out. For over 30 years, Dr. Roberto Viel has been a trailblazer in the field of plastic surgery, pioneering the procedures that are widely available today. His exceptional techniques and extensive knowledge are not only sought after by patients, but also by medical corporations, who rely on him to train other surgeons and doctors worldwide. Notably, in 1991, he introduced penoplasty and ultrasound liposuction to the UK.
Currently based in Dubai, Dr. Roberto Viel also maintains regular practices in London, Dublin, and Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Roberto was among the pioneering surgeons to introduce VASER liposuction to both the UK and UAE markets. This groundbreaking procedure has since garnered immense popularity worldwide, becoming highly sought after. In addition to his contributions to liposuction, Dr. Roberto has been a trailblazer in penoplasty techniques in both Europe and the Middle East.
